If Blaze was that weirded out when she met Cream, I can only imagine her meeting Rouge on her quest to reclaim the Sol Emeralds. o_O; Uh, this came out a little more suggestive than I had intended, but I imagine there isn't much Rouge wouldn't do when jewels are involved... ^_^;;
I haven't finished Sonic Rush yet, but I don't *think* Rouge is actually in the game... Could be wrong, though.
